Agire will pre-qualify you for a new refinance. We will need to review your credit history and income
documentation to verify that you are able to qualify for a new mortgage.
Once your loan is approved, Agire will communicate the terms and requirements for your new loan to your
servicer. Any assistance that your servicer is able to provide you will be communicated to you once the
loan is approved.
What assistance should I expect from my Servicer?
Every servicer is different. Your Mortgage Banking Specialist will be able to give you
specifics on your approval. Servicer assistance generally comes in the form of a waived
prepayment penalty, reduced or no closing costs or a reduced principle balance.
What do I have to pay up front?
You will not pay anything up front to Agire. You may be asked to pay a third party appraisal
management company for an appraisal of your home.
Is this a loan modification?
NO. This is a refinance and you will have a new mortgage loan. We are not a Loan Modification
Company. In fact, we may not be able to help you if you are or become delinquent,
